We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition.
Opened fingerboard decks, trucks, and wheels cannot be returned once they have been set up or ridden. Damaged items due to use are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, email hola@warlock.mx with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if this applies to your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
